Design & durability
The iPhone Air features a grade-5 titanium frame with a high-gloss mirror finish. Apple also added Ceramic Shield 2 on the front—and, for the first time on an iPhone, Ceramic Shield on the back too—boosting scratch and crack resistance like never before.
Display & user experience
This phone sports a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR ProMotion display, capable of refreshing up to 120 Hz for smooth scrolling, with an Always-On mode that dips as low as 1 Hz to save power. With 3,000 nits peak brightness and enhanced contrast, it’s bright and clear even in sunlit conditions.
Performance & internals
At its heart are Apple’s own chips: the A19 Pro for top-tier performance and efficiency, the N1 for next-gen wireless, and the C1X modem. These silicon upgrades enable pro-level capabilities in such a slim package.

In India, the iPhone Air starts at ₹1,19,900 for the 256 GB version, with 512 GB at ₹1,39,900 and 1 TB at ₹1,59,900. It comes in four finishes: Space Black, Cloud White, Light Gold, and Sky Blue. Pre-orders open on September 12, with availability beginning September 19.
